an organization interacts with its customers. If a market channel is also used for products and services that are out
of scope, this can indicate that the scope has to be redefined. Redefining the scope is handled according the

Management Method . and may lead to performing the previous tasks again for the added scope items. While
identifying the customers and markets, aspects are recognized of the identified customers, markets and market channels
that must be maintained in the new situation. Document these aspects as business requirements only if they are not yet
documented in the existing Business Requirements Catalogue.
